What map are you running now?

I went +5 +5 +0 and put the idle down to about 1100 rpm's. This was very important on mine. Play with the idle it might help beleive it or not.

I am running the following map - M304-503 for European version bike with "race only" slip on mufflers and stock air filter with modified table 3 +5+5+5. Stuttering 1st & 2nd gears around 3000/3500 revs.
