Mapping a Stock BUSA

Will getting either the Yosh Box or Power Commander II box make any real difference in a stock BUSA's performance (HP)? I know that when a manufacturer releases a bike they have to meet all kinds of emission standards and junk. I was wondering if either of these mapping devices can improve on the stock setup without adding a pipe or doing any other modifications.

Id go PC2, more versatile, especially down the road when you're broke from buying pipe, airbox, etc.
