We just had a youth group over from our Church. They'd kinda been setup. They were told that they were going carol singing. When they went to the first house, they were told to go away, the same with the 2nd.
When they arrived at our house to sing carols, we passed out candles and led them to the old barn at the bottom of the garden... that had been setup as the stable, complete with hay, candles and a crib. (get it !?).
There we sang carols, read the Christmas message and felt like Christmas had really arrived.
