All,
Occassionally, someone's busa will come along with custom chrome or polished mirrors, but I have never seen any for sale for the Busa. Anyone know where I can get some? I really don't like carbon fiber look or the plastic options that are out there...

Call Racin Ray at (954)455-9665.
He's got some custom billet mirrors.
He can email you pictures.

Tell him SLEEPER sent ya.

Yo Cloud,
I thought about ya yesterday when I saw these.
I went and asked the guy where he got em.
He explained to me that the mirror and stem were out of Dennis Kirk catalogue, under "cruiser".
He got the small BUSA mirror block off plates, drilled a hole for the stem bolts to go thru and made his own mirrors. They looked VERY sweet!
Sounds easy enough too.
The mirror stems are already drilled and tapped for the bolt.

Another view.
That is exactly what I was looking for.... Those are bad... Sounds inexpensive and easy to do as well. I am going to give this custom mirrors a shot and if successful, I will post some pictures. Probably have'em done in about 3 weeks. Have to order the block of plates, mirrors, stems, etc...

Thanks Sleep... sorry I didn't get back to you sooner, been away a bit today.

Found the website, www.denniskirk.com, but I can't seem to locate the mirrors that he selected... Even so, those mirrors are expensive! On comparable harry mirrors, it appears we are looking at about $250-$300 for a set...

I am not sure I am going to go with this particular vendor, I think I may look a bit and try to find something comparable that will work for cheaper... After all, homemade solutions are supposed to be cheaper then store bought solutions....

Hey Cloud9, check because they have this new vendo who makes some real tricked out billet aluminum mirrors. I've just seen them, but didn't do any extensive research on them. Check 'em out and let us know what you think.

The price is right, but I think most of them appear to be handle-bar mounts... No matter, I think there is a couple in there that I could work into the mirror block-off plate idea from above...

Hate to say it, and don't want to offend anyone, but YUCK.......looks like they belong on a Harley, and not even a nice one at that.
Sorry......only my opinion.
