Metric hex wrenches with large easy to use handles

I'm looking for some of the more common sizes of hex wrenches that have big fat handles that make them easy to use. I tried a large Sears store in the DFW area and found only a small amount of metric hex wrenches of the common type.

For anything you need to torque get socket style. I got "T" handle allen wrenchs for everything else. They work great for the body stuff.

Well you dont want anything too big then you risk over tightening the bolts....your probably thinking
of T-handle hex wrenches.

For your seat , fairing and tank I suggest screwdriver handled hex wrenches.

Or if you want something really versatile then just buy a nice set of hex/allen sockets, just be careful not
to overtighten things with the gained leverage..its alot easier then you might think.

you can get a complete set at harbor freight for 9 bux (got mine on sale for 4)-- sure not nearly as good as snap on etc -- but you get way less mad when you lose them
I am going on 2 years with my set -- no problems yet

Hey, thanks guys! I didn't even know the screw driver types existed. Really appreciate the help. And (I can't see the replies now) you guys mentioned that some of the cheaper wrenches would probably last longer than before I lost the expensive ones.

I got my set of 7 T-handle allen wrenches from Sears, part#0946298. They came in a big pouch, but I'm looking for a holder that mounts on the wall.

The Harbor Freight set is $9.99, but after you round out a $3 Fairing screw with that cheap set you'll wish you bought a better quality set.
