It's time for a new rear tire.

Just wondering if anybody was running the M3. It looks like a great tire and I can get it for $159 with free shipping. (board sponser of course)Any input would be great.

I am on my second M3 front and I replaced my M3 rear with a Z6 about 5K ago. The M3 is an awesome tire! I got 4100 miles out of mine and that seems to be about the norm. Which for me was a 25% increase in tire life from stock. The Z6 was an experiment for me but I am also pretty happy with it! It lacks the outright grip of the M3 but it has 5k on it now and it probably still has 2-3k left! Tough tire! I initially bought it as a wet weather replacement for our northwest spring weather but it has lasted most of the summer with no worries. The M3 is a good Wet weather tire, the Z6 a great wet weather tire! The Z6 is a good dry weather tire, the M3 isa great dry weather tire!

nothing wrong with M3's. Mine is lasting too long Not as sticky as I usually prefer [faster wearing, stickier types], but very much an all around really good tire

I have ran the M3's for the last 2 sets of my tires and I am happy with them. I have got a little over 4k out of the rear and still on my 1st front. Not as sticky as other tires but for the price its a very good tire. Think I will go with a more sticky one next go around and run a 55 instead of a 50 and see if I like it any better.

M3's are good

I loved my M3's!!  I would get 7200 miles out of the rear and 2:1 on my fronts!  

I changed to the 2CTs this round cause I thought I would get more even wear from the rear and was wrong.  The 2CTs are horrible in the rain and the M3s were awesome when wet.  I never worried when I was in the rain with the M3 tires but God forbid if I get caught with the 2CTs.

Go for the 180/55!!
