MICRON RACE SYSTEM

Have just purchased a full race system with a carbon oval can (great).The surplier of the exhaust told me that i would not have to have any remapping done due to the fact their system copies the original systems curves (power curves).He did state that if i felt unsure then i could remap for peace of mind.Have any BUSA owners fitted this system and did they remap?.The bike has no other engine mods,any info would be helpful.THANKS PEOPLE AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK DURING THESE NEXT FEW MONTHS AS THE WEATHER WORSENS.

You need to get a PC2 and use the 003 map for starters. A yosh box would also work but the PC works better. Don`t try to run the can without packing you will melt it.

dave , i have the ti. system and without remapping the only problem i had was the lightshow when i rolled off the throttle. i also suggest the pc2 . the 003 map is a good start but on the dyno my bike liked the 005 european map alot more ( almost 5 hp more ). see some of my previous posts for more information.
