Mirror Extenders

Being a wide guy and with gear on, I find that I can only see to the rear out of the outsidemost 1/2" or so of the mirrors. I found this product:

And am considering getting it. I put five 1/4" washers giving me an additional 1/2" or so extension and the difference is significant. I'm thinking a 3/4" extension would give me the room to comfortably see to the rear.

Anyone pick up a pair of these or try something different?

First off, welcome. Second, one of our guys here on the board makes mirror spacers (Juggler I believe). Search for that thread, it is currently active and I think he's got a batch that's ready to ship. Lastly, have you gone over to our local Denver area club website???

Juggler's extenders will space your mirrors out 1 inch - good stuff....

Thanks. I've been over on the board, just not to any of the rides yet. They all seem to fall on just the wrong dates. I almost made one of the rides but something else came up.

Cool, good to hear it. I know how you feel. Seems to happen to me all the darn time too. They plan something fun and then I get hosed at the last minute, usually by work.

Another nod to Juggler.

Got mine a couple of days after ordering and they are great. Seems like they are truly meant to be there. I have to wear a size 46 jacket so you know I couldn't see shid out of the mirrors stock.

Jugglers extenders are the ticket if you want to actually see what is behind you.

I have the PMR mirror extenders on my 03 Busa. They are well made. They show me a little more behind me. What I'm saying is look at the thickness of the extender and that's how much more you can see on each side about 3/4 of a inch.

Just mounted my extenders form Juggler. They work great, now I can see behind and around my big burly (Flabby) bicepts. Juggler had them to me in about 2 days. Worth every penny!! I bead blasted mine so they match the rubber a little better. Only to 2 minutes and they look like factory.

Wow, those look pretty good. thats another mod i've been kickin around. Just ordered my Zero G double bubble from knee draggers last night. once i get that on i may go to the mirror extenders. Depends on what one of my employees who also happens to work at hot bodies can get me an undertail for. Cause if its a good enough price, thats goin next.
