Misfire after bike warms up

Hello to all, heres my problem, i recently bought a 99 busa and after bike warms up i have a misfire at light throttle position as i apply more throttle it goes away until i come to a stop, Ive read some forums and info about this and some say it could be exhaust leak,vacuum hose split,or dirty fuel filter,well im not sure where to begin if anybody has info on this sort of problem i would really appreciate it if you could help me i really need to ride the weather has been great here in florida...

My 02 popped , turned out to be an exhaust leak.

Thanks gunny ill try that, i do have a mod exhaust and power commander.thanks again
