missfire at low rpm

anyone got any ideas has slight missfires at cruising speeds you cant feel it missfire you just hear a poping sound like a missfire the bike has shorty exhaust with the airbox mod and pair valve removal

IMO it's the pipes man, has it been tuned at all?

no havent had time to tune it yet was planning on the next week when the power commander shows up
