What mods currently?
When did the problem start occurring?
What have you already tried...?

Welcome to the board.

it happened right after a quick ride up to 150 mph, then after I slowed down the bike started missing at low throttles like when taking off or going around a corner

Thanks for the responces, and havent changed the battery, or spark plugs in a while, only around 7500 miles

Try unnplgging the PC and see if the symptoms change. You might look see what the plugs look like also. Their condition would give us a clue of what's going on

Welcome to the board. What is your idle set at? It should be at 1100 rpm.

idle speed is at 1100, traced wire from PC to a plug and unpluged it which shut the bike down dont know if it was the wrong plug or what

Did you unplug with the bike running?
You need to unplug the power commander and plug the two factory harness back together while the bike is not running then start it and see if the bike is still not running right.

its probably backfiring because you don't have the PAIR mod for your exhaust mod... ;)

Sounds to me like you bought this bike used and don't know much about it if you pulled the plug to the PC while the bike was on and then didn't know to plug the stock harness back in...

No worries dude... You need to give as much information as possible though. Are you sure the bike hasn't been doing this since you got it? You should have someone in your area that knows what they are doing take a look at it for you to see if its abnormal or not. The bike may idle crapy for many reasons.... The busa is known for the idler screw to come out on you which will cause idling problems, hard shifting between gears, etc.... (I had to adjust mine monthly...)

If its NEVER happened before, are you sure you just don't have some shitty gas in it...?

I second the thought about checking the plugs...

I may have had a similar problem.

Bike was not well, took it in to a reputable mechanic

Calls me to say the first cylinder is not firing properly at low revs
Temp of header is significantly lower than the other 3.

First we though fuel filters, blocked injectors etc etc

But despite much time and effort, getting injectors removed and cleaned, filters replaced etc we could not get rid of the problem.

Anyway for some reason #1 injector was not getting a strong signal at low revs.

After more dicking around all he could find was a "possibly" loose bit of soldering near the ECU. He resoldered it and the problem went away.

If this guy didnt have the repuation of being the neastest and mst ananl retentive guy in this city I would have started to think he was just after my money.

But all is good now and the bike runs better than new.

Interestingly he did some work on the front forks and changed the fork oil (@ 25000 kms)
He said it was full of crap and gunk.
Whatever he did the bike handles noticeably better now. In fact of all the minor changes Ive dont to the bike I would say that having a professional simply service the front forks was the best thing Ive done yet.
