Mocking Birds, chirping at night??

Argh! These birds make noise all night! I am not sure what kind of birds they are, but they make all different kinds of songs all night. Woke me up at 2:30 this morning. And no, I am not cutting the tree down. Has anyone ever dealt with this before and what did you do? I need me some quiet!

Do you have lights on outside? When I was living in the dorms, I noticed that the birds would chirp all night long in the well lit areas outside. My wife had a bird feeder on her dorm window for about two days, but the birds were out there 24/7 making all kinds of noise.

2.99 at Walmart for a package of ear plugs. The birds start around 430 around me, I put ear plugs in the first chirp I hear. Between the neighbors dog, the guy behind me that for some reason had a rooster & 2 big black crows that scream at each other at the first sign of day light, my ear plugs have been well used.
