Mods needed for air shifter?

What needs to be done to the transmission before you can run an air shifter? I assume the gears need back cut right? Anything else? What kind of cost would I be looking at? Have tried searching some, but dont have internet at home right now and can only do limited looking while at work.

I had heard that the transmissions on these bikes are not great for drag racing. Is that true?

You will be good to go, i like the MPS autoshift kit. The tranny will be fine if you don't hot lap it, the clutch and the tranny don't like to get too hot.
