From what i have heard that unless it is Titanium it should not be a problem.

Have you thought of a high heat sealer? Not sure what it is called but it came with my exhaust system.

STEVE @ SMITHERS CUSTOMS PUT SEALANT AROUND THE SLIP JOINTS TO HELP SEAL IN CASE OF AN EXHAUST LEAK, THE EXHAUST WAS TAPED UP SO WHEN IT WAS POWDERCOATED IT WOULDN'T MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO SLIP TOGETHER, I WAS THINKING OF USING TAPE (WRAP) TO HIDE THOSE SPOTS THAT WERE TAPED TO FAR DOWN ON THE EXHAUST TUBES AND SLIP JOINTS.

WOULD IT HURT TO WRAP THE COMPLETE SYSTEM FROM THE MOTOR BACK TO THE CANNISTER ? THE CANNISTER IS THE ONLY THING THAT IS TITANIUM.

Should not IMO. A high heat sealer will work nicely. I just looked at the tube and it's just called "high heat anti-seize grease".

This is what my Akro exhaust came with. Helps from freezing the joints together and acts like a sealant somewhat.

Same here with my Brock Ti Gen III street smart exhaust. The area behind my oil pan where the mid pipe joins the header is missing some coating. I wouldn't be concerned if your is located in the same area or further back. The main concern is coating the header without any voids (any part of the exhaust in front of the motor).

No pictures yet , when it get's done I will post up , Busa Dr is still working on it, I have seen the pipe on the bike and it looks sweet.
