Senate Bill SB-2099 will require us to put on our 2009 1040 federal tax form all guns that you have or own. It will require fingerprints and a tax of $50 per gun. This bill was introduced on February 24, 2009, by the Obama staff. BUT, this bill will only become public knowledge 30 days after the new law becomes effective! This is an amendment to the Internal Revenue Act of 1986. This means that the Finance Committee has passed this without the Senate voting on it at all. Trust Obama? You must be kidding!

Very Important for you to be aware of a new bill HR 45 introduced into the House. This is the Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sale Act of 2009.

Even gun shop owners didn't know about this because the government is trying to fly it under the radar as a 'minor' IRS revision, and, as usual, the 'political' lawmakers did not read this bill before signing and approving it!

To find out about this - go to any government website and type in HR 45 or Goggle HR 45 Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sales Act of 2009. You will get all the information.

Basically this would make it illegal to own a firearm - any rifle with a clip or ANY pistol unless: 1) It is registered 2) You are fingerprinted 3) You supply a current Driver's License 4) You supply your Social Security number 5) You will submit to a physical & mental evaluation at any time of their choosing. Each update change or ownership through private or public sale must be reported and costs $25. Failure to do so you automatically lose the right to own a firearm and are subject up to a year in jail.

There is a child provision clause on page 16 section 305 stating a child-access provision. Gun must be locked and inaccessible to any child under 18. They would have the right to come and inspect that you are storing your gun safely away from accessibility to children and fine is punishable for up to 5 years in prison.

If you think this is a joke - go to the website and take your pick of many options to read this.. It is long and lengthy. But, more and more people are becoming aware of this. Pass the word along. Any hunters in your family pass this along. This is just a "termite" approach to complete confiscation of guns and disarming of our society to the point we have no defense - chip away a little here and there until the goal is accomplished before anyone realizes it.

I read a while back ago about the possibility of trying to use an executive
order for amnesty for the illegals...

The point is he will not waiver on his vision of Socialist Amerika and will do WHATEVER
is necessary to obtain it, whether it's a misguided failure waiting to happen
or his purposefull wrecking of America for his ulterior motives...you decide,

The bill/measures he's talking about are several years old and originated during the Bush era . Obama has nothing to do with it .

this bill was introduced 9 years ago. in a GW Bush presidency and while both houses of Congress were Republican.....

From what I understand the Bill was introduced 9 years ago BUT they are enforcing it starting this year, Thats why its called the" RECORDED SALES ACT OF2009..." There are 1000's of laws on the books that arent enforced YET.. or Where enforced and now they're not BUT they are still there... Now as for this Sales act I dont know! But Time will tell and enforced or not It still shows the depths to which the Gov goes to try and control you and me .. I think they should give a simple reading test in The GOV.. What part of "shall no be infringed " do they not understand? Its written right there in Black and white yet gun control is a constant issue of attack.. Some things just don't make sense to me , Like why would a County that says we fight for freedom , Do business with and build a Communist countries economy ( Communist China ) when Communism is the total opposite of what America stands for? another example is The Federal Reserve was Giving Hitler Millions of Dollars at the same time we where fighting Him. Humm War for profit? Anyway I dont trust any Government or politician .

Building China's economy is a prime example of Capitalism and Free Enterprise at its finest.
1, you go somewhere for cheap labor to increase profits.
2, you create a labor force(potential consumers) with a ton of money (by their standards) with nothing to spend it on.
3, that labor force now becomes your main consumers because the place you left has fewer consumers.
4, the labor force demands more wages so they can consume more of your product.
5, you start looking for a new source of cheap labor because profits are down.
6, the cycle starts all over again.

There are only two real reasons to fight a war, Religion and Economics. Since our country seperates government and religion, guess what is left.

Let me tell you a little secret, money and the people who have it controls our government.::11

Let's just look at it from a reality standpoint.
Let's say it does become law , ok .
Now do you really think that gunowners are going to honestly divulge exactly how many guns they have ? How on earth if this ever became real law could it be enforced ?
They cannot and will not go to every house in America searching each and every one thoroughly to see how many times $50 they must charge you . Do you think folks will just without question declare they have a gun collection of thirty assorted firearms and pay up ?
Just to talk about something so unenforceable is laughable and ludicrous !

I'm not into getting too deep in this post but I am constantly amazed at how paranoid people can be about the "evil government". Usually the loudest ones are also the ones who say, "don't take my social security" in the same breath as "the government sucks". Yeah, I guess anyone who wants to help others is Socialist or Communist. Oh, and "they want to take my guns". I read 3 newspapers, 7 political magazines and get many internet newsletters from all directions. I have never found ONE small piece of real evidence indicating this administration "wants to take our guns".
Boy, there sure is alot of BS speculation floating around about it however.
If someone wants to pick up a cause, think about this.....2% of the population now controls 90% of the wealth and power in this country. While the middle class is deluded into following rumors and misinformation, that very middle class is eroding into nothing before our very eyes. Oh yeah, blame the unions.....THAT'S WHAT THE POWER BROKERS WANT YOU TO THINK.
Outsourcing isn't just a TV show, it's what the corporations have done to the working class of our country for 10 years now. But just keep blaming the liberals, that is the diversion in their big plan.
Know this, I'm a liberal, but a Viet Nam Vet Marine, retired cop and have a closet full of guns, AND I'M NOT YOUR ENEMY. Maybe I believe in national health care and you don't, but so what? The more we are split as a people, the more our middle class will disappear and our country will weaken. If They are not trying to get the guns Then why is the subject of gun control even brought up ( like in elections) and brought before a Commitee , Why was the Brady Bill even in the news ? If Its written in Black and White that our rights shall not be infringed and all these Government Employees take an oath to uphold the constitution ( the supreme law of the land ) Then any issue pertaining to guns shouldnt even be discussed,. Its not an issue to argue over .. The gun laws start out just like a tax . Only $1.00 a year tax on whatever and the next thing you know its $1000.00 tax. Dude here where I live ( no criminal history -and actually high up in the community got in a fight that someone else started , Both guys put in jail , Both lost their gun rights , due to the DA saying it was domestic violence ( domestic does not mean just at home ) anger management class were added. Dude even lost his job as the county school superintendent. So now you cant even defend yourself when attacked using bare knuckle.. In Britain its illegal to carry a pocket knife ( 5 years in the slammer ) and with the system we have trying to create a Global society , people think the Gov. isnt going to bother the average citizen's gun rights .. Someones asleep.. I guess the future will tell.

I think its funny that the people that scream the most about the 2nd Ammendment, are usually the one that complain about 1st Ammendment issues like "school prayer" and "one nation under god" which are both violations of the 1st Ammendment....which is also written in black and white.

regardless, the point is: people are suffing your head with propaganda. If you are ok with that cool, but I would not be.

I have no problem with rising up to protect my rights, and I will not give up my guns. However, intentional lies, fabrication of false stories and deciet are bad. there are more people with guns in this country than those that want to take them away. he problem is that lies, and propaganda do notbring people onto your side. Instead it tends to turn them away.

PS: I don't how it is in your state, but there is already a list of all firearms purchased going back decades in CA.
