moto x outlet slams me again

I ordered a tire on march 6th...today they ordered my third tire. They have lost two so far. Double checked address and all shipping info and everything is correct. I tried to get them to through in the front for free for all the hassles but no go......

Send them a copy of this forum link and see how fast they get you a tire. Word of mouth is definately the best way to make / lose busness.

I have ordered several times from them with no problems. Last rear took awhile because it was on backorder, not their fault. Their prices are really good and I recommend them. Give them a call and ask to speak to a manager.

I received an Avon Storm ST tire within 4 days of my order from Dennis Kirk. Just my dumb "luck" to see this thread after I had paid $191.99 for the tire. The MotoXOutlet price including shipping is $ 149.99.

I'm out the $42 unless Dennis Kirk makes good on their "Best Price Guaranty....." Will update this thread when/if I hear back from them.

I won one of their bids for a k&n filter on fleebay. Sent payment and got the part to Jersey from Utah in 2 days. I was impressed. For whatever reason the filter is irregular because the holes do not line up.. talked to them on Monday they said no problem well send you out a new one right away just send the bad one back with the RA number. I sent it Tuesday standard ground seeing as i thought they were sending the new one right away, not dependent on the bad one.. it wont get to them till next Tuesday. I called today because i havent seen the filter and they said oh the part is backordered which is why it hasnt shipped but call on Tuesday once the bad one is received and they will send it out right away.. i am a little annoyed about it, i would have overnighted the bad one for the extra few bucks if it meant getting the new one faster but oh well, I only missed one good day of riding with the the K&n and we are having rain and cold for the next 10 days anyway... They seem real friendly on the phone though.. good luck with your tire!
