What do you use to install the Motor back into
the bike

A thick towel on a jack, a couple of long bolts screwed into the header bolt holes makes for a good handle.

Yes.

I've gotten my neighbor to help me, we'll carry it over and rest it underneath the frame and then lift it up (one from each side) onto a floorjack. While one is supporting it, jack it up enough to get the lower-rear bolt in place and then pivot it upward to install the upper-rear bolt. Once those two are in, the rest is easy
