Want to do the airbox mod, also if you have any delays, moving soon and like to do before moving. I have got a pc2 so do you have a new map?? Have acropovic and intake cam on exhaust side, and right now a Bmc filter wich after you dont need right?? Now do you send me one then I send you mine back?? I have took out the flapper valve but thats all..... Let me Know ASAP,

Mike he's knee deep installing his new MC Express turbo.
Goto www.paypal.com set up account and email him at themotorhead@aol.com(you need to get info from him). If ya go ahead and pay then he'll send to you first. Last I heard he was short on stockers to modify tho.

I was hoping that someone could give me some more tips/advice for my combo:
00 blue/silver
Hindle pipe, TMH airbox, no air filter, PCII (harv map), 42 rear sprocket, lowered, all short stacks, no pair. already ran 9.65@145.
Any tips would be appreciated! Thanks

NO AIR FILTER? Put in some kind of air filter Willie. All kind of stuff can get by the screens on the front of your fairing, even at the drag strip!

Willie,

Trust me install a intake cam "Suzuki" on the exhaust side for some really good gains. Lose some on low but really gain up high!!! I was 157.5 stock now have akro pipe, short stacks, partial box mod "waiting on Motorheads box" and Bmc filter and pc2 and running 175.6 rwh. set the cams at 105 centerline and you will love it!!! Also everyone else, I wonder why all of you run long vs short...mine runs better on all short makes the torque with the cam higher and also more peak power which is what willie will be doing....

I MADE 172 HP AND OVER 103 #OF TORQUE WITH LONGS AND STOCK CAMS .REMEMBER THE HIGHER TH RPM THE MOTOR NEEDS TO PEAK OUT THE SHORTER THE STACKS.I WOULD STILL TRY MIXED ON YOURS.IT MAY GIVE YA THE MID GRUNT BACK.

Frank, your sh!tting me! When you drive on the street you run with no air filter? Or just at the drag strip? Willie, DON'T operate your nice new Hayabusa with no air filter. I like Frank lots but I got news for him or anybody else running without an air filter. WRONG!!!! Those ram air tubes are HUGE, and anything that gets past the screens has a good chance of going right down your throttle body's. The tubes face foward,not to the side or to the rear. If the tubes weren't there it would be one thing, but if someones in front of you kicking up sh!t your gonna suck it right down the motor, sooner or later!
