And those are big as your head starfish in that last photo. So we hit the highest and lowest points in Oregon that weekend. Not to shabby. theres also a really long story that goes with each photo but I dont have time to type it all out right now.

super pics Daniel.
Looks like you had a blast:thumbsup:. Those star fish look crazy...

The trip was awsome but our only problem is that the whole time we were talking about where we were going to climb next. I dont know why but we can never really enjoy where we are because we can't wait til the next place.

And these random pics were just of the climb and the beach/coast. The one day and one night pub crawl and the night life in Portland pics are a whole nother story. We also climbed Mount St. Helens but I couldn't get any pictures due to it being cloud capped the entire time we were there. I think we might head to Mount Redoubt in Alaska around the end of July but thats still up in the air.

And if you do happen to take a trip to Portland you have to stop by VooDoo dognuts. These things are amazing.

Bacon Maple Bars are to die for! Awesome pics. Glad you had the chance to enjoy the PNW! It is a unique and wonderful place in the US!

:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

The great thing about the Portland area is that you can Snowboard, knee board, and surf all in the same day. I built a multimillion dollar home on the beach in Nesqouin not too far from Cannon Beach. When I was down there, a petrified forest was exposed from the sand getting pulled back into the ocean. Fred Knight who I think owns Nike had a house right next door which had a lighthouse built onto it (decorative only). I think that Mt. Hood is still classified as an active volcano. There is always steam rising up off the top of the mountain that can be seen all the way in Portland. When I lived in St. Johns Landing, I had an apartment which had an awesome view of the mountain. Had a lot of good times out there. DO NOT miss the depressing weather.
