Mountain Riding

What is it like to ride this bike on twisty mountain roads with occasional gravel in turns, unexpected wet surfaces, bumps, dips and etc..? I want one, but I wonder if all that torque is manageable when throttle finesse is necessary.

The HedgeAbuser handles quite well in the rain. The first time i rode in the wet i thought it had a traction sensor like a GP bike. Very stable and hooks up well coming off of turns in the wet. Busa's are the best!

I've ridden Deals gap a few times when I was living on the east coast(very nice). I hear the cops now patrol the road with more authority because of recent reckless riding deaths.

I live on gravel roads and have not had a problem controlling the power. I've ridden harlies most of my life and I think this is the greatest.

yeah, the police are patrolling deals gap in severe force. they are enforcing speed limit's to the letter. seen tickets for as little as 3 mile per hour over. they have lots of places to hide and usually it's too late to slow down by time you see them. oh, and by the way, if you think you can just twist that throttel and leave them behind, (cuz you know most of us could) forget it. they will have a cop blocking both lanes and keeping you from going anywhere within just a few miles. they have them spaced just far enough apart to be able to throw up an instant road block as soon as one radio's the other. so, if you go, it most likely won't be the fun it used to be. good luck.
