I don't think they want them to be able to "fingerprint us to our bikes". My thought is that the next time someone on a bike gets hurt/killed or runs, and someone says "Hayabusa", the picture of your ride will be all over the television. Then everyone watching the news will think you went down/run.

Just my thoughts.
