Muzzy Fan Installation

I'm trying to install the muzzy fan on my 06 Busa, what is the trick to getting that back screw off thats between the headers?? I don't want to have to take the whole radiator off. this was supposed to be an easy mod, so far I think not. Thanks

take a picture of where your talking about, post it up, i put a muzzy fan on last month. let me see where the problem is

Rachet and short socket... just takes patience.... I did not take or even loosen my radiator...

I think it is 10mm well what ever size it is (the same as the other two) I used a deep socket with a long handle 3/8 rachet go in between the headers and block on the left (fan) side of the bike. Then when loose snake your hand in to the same space and you can reach it with your thumb and middle finger. Was that detailed enough?

These "gear" wrenches are the way to go in tackling the job at hand. I had my rad off when I did my full exhaust but I still needed this to get that middle bolt out. Also, be sure to use blue loctite on the screws that hold your muzzy fan on the motor. Hope this helps!
