About a week ago I went to the Muzzys site to have a look around, found a part that I wanted and ordered it online.

What happened next I was not prepared for: *SERVICE*. From the order reciept to the several phone calls they made to insure correct billing, it was simply the best service that I have every received by a motorcycle related company online.

The quality and detail of the part and instruction sheet was also very high.

Very happy with the results from Muzzy, a few other online cycle parts companies should take a lesson or two from Rob Muzzy.
 
I ordered a fan from Muzzy and got it without any fuss.

I received a pair of long stacks from www.ronayersmotorsports.com Wednesday. I ordered them last Friday. I paid about $45 with UPS shipping. I think the typical dealer price is close to $65 (whatever it is, they gave me $20 of the usual dealer price, according to the receipt).

I think it's great that you can order a product from RAM, and get it within a few days, even though they had to special order it.

Service is indeed a rare thing these days. I'm beginning to think most moto-parts dealers are born liars.

I'm still waiting for a radar stem that I have been told twice now would be shipped to me by priority mail. The second time was 5-6 days ago. Last week, I ordered a Two Brothers pipe from a dealer (not TB) and three days after being told that it had been shipped, I found at that they don't even have it in stock and neither does TB, for that matter and won't have it until next week.
 
Mambo i got my stem stand from Joe, FRQ FLYR and his customer service is top of the line. If you didn't get an actual stem stand from him that's why youre having problems.
