Man, didn't you get the Memo?

Good stuff..

Sorry Rev, I think it's something I inherited from working on my 1969 El Camino. I got into the whole stock look and it appears to have carried over to this realm. Ok, Ok I'll consider taking them off...

Looks great! Other than the Yosh do you have any mods planned for the bike? And wow, the reflectors are a sight!

I have some planed. Mainly for the whole touring thing. Any suggestions?

I'm not really the touring guy on the 'Busa, but there are several here that do. What comes to mind are tank bag or saddle bags (Corbin Beetle), Genmar or Heli-Bar Risers depending on your height and riding position, Throttlemeister cruise control, custom Tobin seats (for better support than stock seats) and Sport Touring windscreen.

BigBSBusa pretty much covered all the upgrades ya could do for touring mabey some Mentzler Me4 for the longer tread life if your interested in the corbin bags i have a set in primer for 700 bucks they mounted on my bike once and they just covered to much of my custom paint that i didn't want to so i figured i'd sell them

When you do heli bars or the Gen mar risers or ya can even do both consider getting longer braided clutch and brake cables

Busaben loves his Zero Gravity Sport Touring windscreen for his iron butt rides. I'd at least want a ZG Double Bubble. I never rode with the stock screen on but I rode with a Sportech screen with the same basic profile as the stock one and the windflow beat the Hell outta me. With the Double Bubble I could tuck down enough to make 174 indicated feel no worse than 74 mph. No chit... Busaben says the Sport Touring screen routes most of the air over ya without havin' to tuck so low. Here's a pic of mine with the DB and his with the ST...

One more thing. Busaben absolutely LOVES his Aerostitch textile ridin' suit for long rides. It's quick and easy to get into and out of on stops and it has lots of pockets and stuff. He usually gets geared up in the full suit quicker than I can put on a jacket, gloves, and lid. I don't know how much he checks here anymore but you might try PM'ing him. He's logged a lot of miles on a busa and knows what makes a difference.

A pic of the suit...
