My custom Vert Tag Mount

I have been wanting to do this for a lil' while now. Finally got a day off (other than Sun) due to heavy rain. So I scrapped up an "L" bracket, OME tag bracket, and reused my CompWerks tag light....

one hour later: (yes an hour):hmmm: lol

You mean "scraped" their spools???? Sorry but I'm calling Bull Sh*t on this one.Something might scrape at severe lean angles like pegs, fairing or maybe an exhaust but rear spools?? I don't think so. At least not on a Busa. Go out and look at your bike and try to lean it over that far just in your driveway. Ain't gonna happen. Good story though. NOT!!! Nice job on the bracket by the way!

Looks good, but don't ride it to WA. You will get a ticket for it. Have you looked at mounting the tag light on the undertail? It might get better coverage of the plate so the locals will leave you alone.

Here are the night pics I said I would post...to my disapointment, the CompWerks LED didn't quite put out enough for me to consider it leo-proof. The only other tag-light I had was the stocker..."Nah, Ehh, what the hell", So I mounted my stock tag-light, plus I threw on a tinted tag cover...











oh and i wanted to call BS on that spool talk...

Nice, but if you want to clean it up and get rid of the stock light take a look at plate bolt lights. I have a set of blue ones on mine.
