Left side grip is loose and will turn on the bar. Right side grip is halfway loose and soon will be same as other. What can I use to 'restick' em without taking them off? I've heard hairspray? Does that really work?

Usually use hair spray to lube them and get them on then they stick in place never had them come off after that.

Hairspray works just fine usually. Although I'd just pull em off and use a little grip glue.

This same thing used to happen to me, everytime after I rode in heavy rain!
Hairspray is ok (...but once it gets wet again in heavy rain, you end up with the same prob all over again).....so if you're lookin' for a more longer-lasting solution, try some Rosin Bag (the same stuff bowlers, tennis, squash, racquetball and baseball players use to help achieve strong grip whilst sweating heavily).
Either way, if ya do it properly, you'll need to fully remove your grips (to get rid of any residual moisture)....but once the Rosin Bag powder is in place, your "slip & spin" grip days should be all over!!!

The right one is loose due to lack of use. The left one is surely coming loose from all of those corners you must be doing down there in that wonderful state of yours.
Maybe its all the freakin' humidity down there?
Maybe your grips want OFF of that slow bike, so they can have a new life on a much faster black bike?
