So I got those Lite'N Bolts off of ebay, like 22 shipped to the door. Decided to try it out. They are actually pretty neat little lights. Of course I only wanted to use one of them b/c of my tag bracket, also courtesy of ebay has one center hole right above the tag for a light. I barely had to trim a little "V" in the top center of the tag. And after going out last night and then coming back in darkness to check the light. I am going to put a spacer type washer between the tag light and the tag itself. You'll see in the last picture it barely lights up anything. but I wonder if that matters or not...
Yeah, Yeah, I know... I have some an exhaust coming
...TBA...
<span style='color:green'>Just laying the removed parts out.
Light installed, you can see how tidy this is going to be.
I used the factory wiring of course, but had to remove the tail to do final install.
Double checking for correct wires, pos and neg, Yup black is neg...
She makes light
View from the inside, it's going to be clean.
Used butt conectors, then taped her all up after checking again for proper operation.
I love this tag bracket and light combo. You can't see the actual lighted bolt from the rear. It's tucked in under the tails brake light. I am very impressed with the set up as it only cost me @50 bucks with some elbow grease.
Money shot from rear.
Like I said before, I am going to space it a little more so it shines a little more light on the tag...Updated pics to follow the next few days.</span>
