N Gear RPM 7K, any Gear RPM 4k

Hi All,

Need your expertise

I have manage to untie all known problem to me.

I am thinking to restart all my troubleshooting again. But before that hope anyone might have any possible idea where I can tickle before the whole lengthy process.

Bike got No Fi light. Bike can start with a little bit of throttle for like 10seconds and it can idle on its own.

When on Neutral bike can Rev to near 7k rpm
When on any Gear, bike can Rev to only near 4k rpm

When 5k rpm, I can hear a "pop pop" sound coming from the engine. I not sure is it a mis fire...

You have been working on this issue for sometime now and nobody here has been able to sort it out and I really don't think we will be able to over the internet....

I personally think it's time to cut losses and take it to a tech.....as it must be getting pretty frustrating for you.

Yes it is. Thanks for the input.

The thing is when I took it to AD, they say it's the lost of compression.

After getting compression fix, and finally it's the stva and stps problem.

Once fix I am again back to new issue.

The old problem was cold start difficulties and stalling. After all the fixes. Now it's bike blogging.

And I had replace a 2nd fuel pump provided by quantum fuel system on courtesy. O ring and suction filter also done.

Now left with pump filter discharge and regulator.

Think I get this 2 change out. If still cannot fix it. Then I have to send it to suzuki AD.

I'd say your issue is beyond us here on the internet.....

It's a real hard thing to virtually diagnose an issue like this especially since you've seemed to cover all the bases.
