Name this part. Cylinder head question???

Hi everyone. I'm working on a GSXR750 for a friend who let the bike freeze last winter. It popped the freeze plugs but appears otherwise to be alright. I put new freeze plugs in it and now after flushing some oil through it I've noticed that the head has pushed a tiny sleeve just under the exhaust header out. Its not the pair valve stuff and it looks exactly like the tiny holes on the Busa. Take a look at yours and let me know what it is.
