While down in Daytona for bike week I came across a guy with a zx-14 that was themed as a viper. Bike looked totaly trick, but he had some moto gp pipes on it that really looked sweet, he told me that the company that sells them also sells them for busas and gsxr1000's I finally found them and got to order a set and man are they sweet, I finally got rid of those big aweful looking cans and lost alot of weight of the bike, and they make the bike sound incredible, but I just wanted to post up a link and let you guys check them out, OH YEA haha dyno shows me picking up 6 hp over my yoshies.

yea right man, if you can find something at pep boys that looks and performs like this, let me know where its at, the bike breathes alot better and I picked up hp on the top end, not to mention it makes the whole back side of the bike look alot cleaner, and weight is down alot since there is no big stupid cans hanging off back their. They also have internal baffles in them so you can remove while at the strip and the thing just screams, and put them back in to quiet it back down. the expansion is smooth their is no stepping in the pipes, the ones on the site I think are early prototype.

i bet its loud, not for me thou
however not a new idea

dapincci.com also has this setup, been around a while too

yea, I like the polished look, plus they have a baffle in them so it quiets things down a little bit, they have some bling factor to them

i like that look but dont think my ears could take long rides

so how does it sound?

I dunno, I think they are really well manered down low, its when you open it up that they bang through pretty nicely, now when you take the baffles out thats when you are looking at making some noise, hahaha

One of our members sells the simular product on e-bay for around $70. You can get them polished or black. I belive its 8Daytona8 who makes and sells them.
