Need a 4-2 performance header!!

Hey everybody.
I have chosen my pipes, they are gonna be the "Blue Flame EvoIII" pipes. Now here is my dilemma.
I was just wondering if anybody knows of any 4 into 2 headers that I can get that will give me a little boost in performance and lighten my bike up. I have looked at the brocks systems, and I was just curious if the 4into2 header they have can bolt on "Blue Flame Evo III" exhaust cans.

Any help would be appreciated, and yes it has to be 4 into 2, I wan't the balanced look of the bike. Plus that just means more carbon fibre for me ...lol

I was thinking of building my own full system using my Two Bros cans, like you are wanting to do.

About the only thing you can do is find a used full system cheap and convert it yourself or at a muffler shop.

You could get the Brocks left and right sides, but then you'd need a custom collector and new midpipes to run up where your cans connect.  It's a lot of work, and you'd probably be better off buying a real full system.

Will only get you to the oil pan.

There aren't a lot of full dual systems out there, and that is why you and I are in this boat.  I still haven't decided what to do about it.  I know that HMF usually builds each system to order, so maybe you could have them build you one all the way to the cans then stop. and put your own cans on the ends.  That's a thought.  Whether they'd do it or not is a who different story.

i have been thinking the same front header keeping my cans and two bros mid pipes.
only big problem i cant weld

Now that I think of it, you wouldn't need a collector pipe with these headers if you're going dual. You would just get these headers, and you would need to have someone fab up pipes (mids) to run from the end of these to the cans and probably a crossover pipe somewhere in between.

I think that would be pretty sweet if you ask me, cause I really love how these two bros look and sound.

Looking at those pics though, there are parts missing, like how do you get the header to attach to the engine.

See, this top part is missing:

They sell these like this for people who damage their pipe on the road. So the probably figure you don't need the clamps and springs and stuff. That's more money.

I don't think a muffler shop would charge that much, but then again like I said, once you paid for the headers and custom pipes, you could probably get a real system.

The only reason I'd do it is cause noone has dual Two Bros full system that I know of. I think it'd be neat.

Now I am really wondering if HMF could do a system with out the cans.

blue flame offers a "complete" system... just order it up since it's beend designed to use with those cans.

other than that....if you look hard enuf you may be able to fab something from the HMF systems out there.
I have an extra part or two but not a complete system to offer you....sorry.

I guess I never reposted, I contacted HMF when this thread first got going. Sure, they'll sell you the parts, however, it'll cost more than the system. It was their recommendation that I purchase the whole system, then try to sell the cans to someone who needs them and use the rest for whatever I am trying to do.

I'd like to come across that busa with a full system that's been crashed, and the cans messed up but not the headers and such, but I haven't had any luck with that either.

Sweet man thanks...I had a look on their site and I am very interested. I am gonna get a hold of them and see what slip on size I need for the blue flame EVO III exhaust. I am gonna order up in January.

I will let all of you guys know how it works out. And yeah it is gonna be more than just the system they offer, but who can say they have a full system with Blue flame evo III's on thier Busa??

If you guys find anything else out, or there is someone out there that has a system like this....POST UP!!!
