Hey doods... @BigBlu07 is fabricating some parts for the nose cone on Gen I & Gen II Busa's. I'll take my nose off if I have to but am hoping somebody out there has theirs off for whatever reason and can trace out a couple shapes for us. Mostly for BigBlu, he's the designer,fabricator...I'm along more in a janitorial/custodian type capacity.
Anyway...both Gen I and II air intake shapes is what we are after.

What is it you need exactly?
The end of the air ram tube or the inside from the nosecone?
I have a set of L&R Gen2 if this helps in any way..

I need a template of the duct from the front of the nose cone in to the where the metal grate is position

If you can get an accurate sketch of the shape and size of the opening of the nose port and a measurement of depth to the mesh that would be good, if your confused this pic might help

Not the actual black duct, the fairing port.
If you can sketch that port shape onto a 5mm grip sheet like this

That will be awsome

Now, my bike is back together.. Pity I didn't know about this a week or so ago.
I've done the below, but don't have the graph paper as it's back in the office. If you need trace from inside, I can't help at this stage..
I can trace the below onto graph paper if it's what you want?

If you could add a reference measurement of 5mm x 5mm into a picture of the template that should suffice, also try and keep the camera square when you snap a shot. Thanks bro, there will be a set for you when its ready :)
