Need a tuner!!!!

I am looking for a good tuner... I live in Kansas but I am open to a drive. Just got the turbo up and running with the base map, but I would really like to get it all tuned.

I just came back from his place, tonight! Picked up my head gasket.

He had his Drag Busa on the Dyno! He fired it up...sounds schweet!

Another one was getting the works...exhaust, NOS, etc...


Where are you at?

Got the gasket tonight from Steve. Will start putting her back together.

Can't see where it was leaking on the old gasket...there was 2 Tblsp of coolant in #2 cylinder

Steve said that he's seen the 'mysterious, phantom-leaking head gasket' before. Off-the-record, he recommended just cleaning everything really well and replacing the gasket with a Cometic.

So, that's what I'm doing. I ordered a few other things from him. Be putting in Engine Ice, Muzzy Fan, etc. Ya know, may as well, since I have her torn apart.

I am just 1 1/2 hours south of Olathe...I live in the small town of Chanute. I will try to give Smithers a call...you say he has turbo experiance???

LOL, been to Chanute! My best friend used to live there. Yes, he has extensive turbo experience. He races that green turbo busa. Give him a call, let him know you heard about him from Chris and Doyle (We stopped by his shop with the Tactor trailor a couple of months ago.) Tell him you seen it on the Org. and he needs to start posting up!

I will be after the 7th of April...Steve said he was going to Dynojet to get some new equipment. Cant wait to see what the turbo is putting down....

Yup, he got back this evening.

He's getting ready to put a new turbo on the Green Busa that's on the home page of his site.

He's mounting up some M1s for me...prolly pick them up tomorrow night.
