i'm getting ready to change my oil and i'm having an OCD moment and want to make sure i can run Royal Purple oil in my bike before i put it in there

Never heard anything bad about Royal Purple products. The fact is I was thinking about using it.
Sorry I'm not much help.:poke:

Use the cheaper Shell Rotella synthetic (blue bottle) in the gallon container; it does the same job and protects just as well as the top priced oils. I have used it for years. Save your money for more ambitious projects:thumbsup:

Royal Purple 20/50 XPR is 14 smackers a quart. But the 20/50 does just fine in racing applications.:beerchug:

Amsoil 20/50 is what you should use for shizzle....outperforms all other others in bearing shear tests...hands down! Cost just the same as Lucas, RP, all the others and changing just once a year rather than multiple if you put on a lot of miles is no problem. Clutch response is great too!

Amsoil or royal purple #9,alot of oils out folks don't know but it polishes the parts not what you want your oil to do..

Your honor, I rest my case.... :super:

$9/qt ????....... I pay about $8/qt for MCF, prescribed by the techs at Amsoil for the Hayabusa.
