Need dimensions for stock rotors

Can anybody take some measurements from a stock Busa brake disc or point me to some measurements online?

I need

1) OD (Dimension A)

2) ID of the friction surface (Dimension B)

2) diameter of the bolt hole circle (Dimension C)

3) diameter of the bolt hole (Dimension D)

4) offset height from the face where the disc mounts to the wheel to the outer surface of the disc (lay it on a flat table and measure from the table to the center bolt ring) (Dimension F)

I'm thinking about retrofitting some used Busa discs to my 1982 GS1100E. The biggest thing is the bolt circle, as everything else can be made to work with spacers and plates. I just don't want to pull off one my discs if somebody else has a Busa disc laying around to measure.
