need help on torque #s

i am going to do the pair valve mod and while im at it ill change the oil to. my ques is what is the torque #s for the pair valve blockoff plates on the engine? and what is the torque on the oil drain plug? thanks in advance for the replies.

oil drain plug is 16.5 foot pounds, but I can't find the pair valve.
