NEED HELP WITH HAYABUSA HOLES

I recently bought a 2001 hayabusa and like so many busas mine came equipped with many modifications. I need help with two holes on the throttle just above the start button. I have no clue what these are for and the previous owner didn’t know as well. The bike does have a holeshot power shifter on it, but the switch for that is a toggle switch located on the throttle side on the faring just below the mirror. Could anyone help me out??
