Greetings,

I need some straight forward advice. I am not into making the busa go any faster than it already is. I know. "what's wrong with him?"

I would like to go to an exhaust system with single pipe. 4-2-1
I really like the muzzy system. There is one on eBay and the price seems fair enough. Is it worth it? I mean..am I gonna have to re-map, buy a PC and yadda..yadda? Really don't want to. Going for more bling than power.

At any rate would I need to order up some gaskets while I was at it?

Appreciate any info and your thoughts weigh a lot better than mine. Thanks in advance.

You will have to get a pc for sure.Unless you really are stuck on the single can look, personally i would leave the 4-2 on and maybe change stock cans for more bling.Changing from stock to a after market performance exaust is costly if your not interested in more hp.just my .02 worth

I had the Muzzy before I went with boost...I really liked the deep growl of the 4-2-1 and it's a good looking system...Depends on the cost of ebay I paid $532 new to the door...You don't have to run a Power Commander with it either unless your going to dyno for precise fueling...I have heard all the top system and as far as bang for the buck you can't beat the Muzzy...

i remember hearing a friends single full yoshi exhaust and it just sounded better. but that could just be that i have gotten used to my exhaust and havent heard his in a while.

The dual Yosh's sound good and are great if you want the dual look...I wouldn't swap them for a single just for sound...
so you think they sound better though?
What the duals or the single???
does the single sound better than the duals? then do you think full muzzy single top them all as far as sound? i have never heard the muzzy but that they sound better.

To me the single sounds better than the dual maybe because the sound is channeled thru one exhaust...However, I repeat I would not swap exhaust just for the sound your Yosh's should be fine in the sound department...And the Muzzy was the best overall that I have heard and I have heard them all...

Muzzy is the better sounding exhaust and it has good bling. Stun i got minre from Tara Motorsports out of Ga 489.00 tyd ask for Lee

I have a 2007 Hayabusa with a muzzy full system. I have some bling on my blue 07 as well and it has a mean deep sound to it. 3 reasons i went with muzzy is because i didn't want yoshimura like every other suzuki owner. The sound was a little deeper than the yosh and i think it suited the look of the busa better. The price i got mine for was a contributer as well. You want need a power commander and it will do just fine. However i added a PC as well as a smart-TRE and just recently had it re-mapped and it's a pretty good riding machine and much smoother.

If you have Yoshi on there now I would keep those on just because i wouldn't get rid of them just for a different sound. However I have owned a few Muzzy exhaust systems from carbon fiber, to stainless and i like them. The Yoshi should do you fine though. just depends on what you prefer. I'm not a dual exhaust type of guy though. I purcahsed mine from North Carolina Honda Suzuki ATV Motorcycle Dealer - Sport Cycles Rockingham - rockinghamcycle and keith really hooked me up with a great system for a great price. no regrets here.
