need pc 2 map for hindle

been using the 003 map for the micron. so far 160hp mods are hindle, bmc,pc 2 and air box mod.going back to the dyno today since the shop owner said my chain was bad with 10,000 miles on it.see what happens and let you know.last fall with the same mods we seen 165hp but my tensinoner failled at 4900 miles so suzuki replaced the head and valves.any tricks to get more hp all long stacks or short ???

longs will hurt HP but increase bottom end torque, dunno all shorts. What airbox mod?

the 2000 model actually made more power in the mags.i think you need to double check the leak down and valve clearances.then head for the fuel system.

I think you're right the 007 BUT I'd be listening to themotorhead and finding those lost HP first. Have ya cleaned all the fuel screens yet? Run redline? checked injectors? Seems every time someone loses power it turns out to be FI.

cleaned the fuel pump twice so far, with 10,000 miles. when i silcone my airbox i used car air ducks so right now it's non
removeable . the plugs been replaced once so i figure , it was ok until i have the valves service at 15,000.thamks i check on the new map and test for leak down.

new chain sigma, pilot rear 190 and sprockets lost 2 hp 158 now. we don't know what happen, maybe when they replace my head they used one from the 2000. air box mod just removed the flapper and plastic triangle under the filter. might try map 007 ??
