Need some help

I need to get a new tag relocator, I got pulled over by CHP, and he said my swing mounted relocator was wrong and it needs to be higher on the bike, so I am looking for a passenger peg relocator. Can I purchase something like this or something I have to fabricate myself.
Also I am looking for a puig doulbe bubble windscreen smoke. My bike fell over in the drive way and cracked the screen.

I haven't looked much for one, but I think roaring toyz has one, and just seen one on ebay for around $160 I think.
