Does anything like this exist for the 'Busa? Ive ridden a 1098 with them on and you would not believe the difference it makes!

My throttle tube has A small amount of play in all directions (even with cable slack fully eliminated) and I need to get it tightened up.
If needle bearing tube/clip-ons aren't available then are there any aftermarket tubes that will eliminate play? How are the progrip scs road 700 grips in this regard?
