Those of you who have purchased through New Enough likely already know that they are a great company to do business with. I've been on their mailing list for quite some time, have always browsed through their selection and closeouts, but never got around to making a purchase.
With the Bash coming up, I finally decided that it was time to get a new leather jacket. I decided on the ICON Motorhead in blue. I placed my order with New Enough (they had the best price on it, too!) and a few days later, the jacket arrived.
Sadly, the jacket wasn't exactly what I was expecting, what I had seen on their website. It was an older model of the same jacket; there were some differences, mainly a "colorful" patch on both arms that was discoloring...and each side at different rates.
I called New Enough customer service and they apologized for it. They sent me an RMA tag and also ordered a replacement jacket from their supplier to be shipped to them for inspection. Well, the replacement jacket arrives and it is the same as the one I just returned. Seems that the blue is not a popular color and ALL the blue jackets in the warehouse were the same. Not wanting that older style, I thanked them for their help and they refunded my purchase. Very smooth transaction...I was disappointed, but I figured I'd try another vendor.
Now here's where they just blew me away...
Later that day (after the return/refund), I get an email from them telling me that Paul (owner of New Enough) contacted ICON and they are taking Friday (last week) to go through their warehouse to pull all the old stock...that there were even other colors that were the same old stock. Then Paul wanted to order the CORRECT jacket to make sure that what was on New Enough's website was the same product being sold to their customers.
Monday (2 days ago) I get an email from them saying that the jacket came in and it's what I wanted...if I'm still interested they'll process the order. WOW!!! Today, I get a package from New Enough...and there is the jacket that I had originally wanted!
Again, for my first transaction with New Enough, I am VERY impressed!! They went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied!! For those of you who haven't done business with them, don't hesitate! For those who have, I'm sure you'll relate to their great customer service!
