Here is the definitive post on gloves-
I would recommend newenough.com to start looking for gear, they have very good descriptions and pictures and good prices as well. Use the "Search" button at the top right of the page here to find THOUSANDS of posts about riding gear, helmets etc.

Only thing that bothers me there is that there is a spot at 'checkout' where you can donate a buck to your favorite motorcycle website and WE aint on the list
I would recommend anything from Joe Rocket. They have good merchandise at a resonable price.
The Reactor mesh jacket is top shelf; armored, comes with a ton of pockets for stuff and works in the cold or the hot! Prolly my favorite piece of gear.
Blaster 2 perforated leather pants are da bomb!

I wear XXXL in every glove I've tried on and the Kobe was a little short "FOR ME" in the fingertips but I've broken them in and it's fits fine now.(dadofthree @ Nov. 29 2006,07:25)Those are some fast looking gloves.
It's not really thick leather but enough to protect, CF on knuckles and fingers, and provide good feedback. And the gauntlet goes over my fitted leather zip sleeves.
Just can't beat it for $29.99 TYD.

Probably the best sport glove under $100, and this glove is WAY under $100! Awesome for spirited street riding, these gloves have superior protection, comfort, and quality at a price that can't be beat. Genuine cowhide construction, with Kevlar protection in the plams plus an extra layer of leather too.
Carbon Fiber protection covers the knuckles, and the back of the palm has a "Comfort-Flex" area that is both protective, and allows easy movement of the glove when clinching the handlebars. The wrist has all-around elastic to keep it snug, and the gauntlet has an adjustable Velcro strap for ultimate fit. Non-studded palms.
The Dragon glove is a very nice fitting, protective, comfortable sport glove that should cost twice as much as it does, and it comes with a full year warranty! Definitely a Best Buy.
