Dainese K-Pro 1-piece with aerodynamic hump, Alpinestars GP Tech boots, Dainese Race gloves and Arai RX-7RR-3 helmet and you're ready for the street/track.
I bought a new Teknic Freeway jacket not long ago. The armor needs to be purchased separately (about $50) and fits perfectly into existing pockets. The Freeway model has 6 zippered vents (2 on the chest, 2 on the upper arms, and two on the wrist) which worked out very well during the 100+ degree F temperatures this summer. It also has a removable liner for use in colder weather.
There are so many zippered pockets(inside and out) that I don't think I have used them all yet. Great for checkbook, cellphone etc.
Good jacket for the money.($345.99) I already had some leather pants from roadgear or I would have tried some Teknic pants.(maybe next time) They have pics and info on the Motorcycle USA web site at: http://www.motorcycle-usa.com
My Freeway jacket seems to run about a size small (I had to exchange it for 1 size larger) The teknic gloves seem to run about 1 size large (had to exchange for 1 size smaller) Strange huh?
viol8r: HJC has a whole new motorcycle clothing line for 2000. A 1 pce racing suit, a 2 pce sportriding suit, or an indiviual jacket and pant. Really nice design this year. Check your local dealer for pictures, should have stock before x-mas.
Well Scoop i think the range of leathers maybe different in the US (i'm swedish). I get my stuff direct from the importer (i used to work in a drivingschool teaching motorcycle riding, that's why i'm allowed to do that). But www.accwhse.com they carry Dainese, Alpinestars and Arai. What they don't have they can get.
