new lid time. any closeout deals?

new enough has hjc cl15 solid for $55 tmd. i doubt i can beat that. i could spend a c-note on a better quality lid.
i'm thinking the previous snell ratings (they increased for '10) will be discounted.
i need size xl, either black or a blue to match my 10.
will consider lightly used
