An interesting idea! I wonder how much research/testing of the individual has gone into this. In concept it seems comparable to the helmet-mounted display unit (HDU) that Apache pilots use to fly the aircraft and shoot the weapons while maintaining situational awareness by not not having to view the gauges inside the cockpit. There is a lot of training to get comfortable with that device and many have experienced eye dominance problems. Don't think the tube, panty hose and HMMWV (or Hummer H2) would help Nicholas Cage with this one!

there was a thread posted about this a while back, I've actually emailed them a few times about the thing....looks pretty cool for sure

Yeah, I posted this in December, it was originally going to be released in the spring, now it's September.  I contacted them and september is a pretty solid date so far...
