Is it just me or are these Suzuki dealers having a ball being able to sell the "it" bike for a change? Seems like most are going out of their way to make the experience special if slow. That's pretty cool. I always thought the Ducati, Aprilia and BMW guys acted like they were selling something special and the Yamaha and honda guys were pretty good too. But Suzuki always seemed like they were selling lawn equipment, lol.

I know exactly what happened. You took a picture of your DL for the dealer and you accidently added it to the pictures you posted. No worries, we watch out for each other.

And btw, I purchased my brand new, I mean watched it born from the crate 09 there in Bartlesville. Good guys.

I think you're right. I was on the road and never even saw my DL posted so y'all were on it and I appreciate it. Thank you everyone.. :thumbsup:
 
Honestly, wasn't sure I really liked the silver when I saw it at first. It's a very different color than what the pictures show. It's growing on me though as I decide what changes I want to make.

Looking forward to riding it.

The only thing I noticed right away that I wish they hadn't done is the undertail compartment. Before it was deep enough to fit a drink, tool kit, and other things. It appears not nearly as large and deep as the Gen-1/2.

Otherwise, everything seems to be a BIG improvement over my Gen-2 (and it feels great). Funny how the same frame and swingarm can provide such a different feel.
