Hey everyone
I have been reading her for a while now, and I can’t believe it took me so long to find the best hayabusa forum out there!

As far as turbo goes...
I want to keep my bike pretty much stock, swing arm engine etc.
And I want my bike to be a sleeper, so I don’t want any signs of having a turbo on it.
I want to be able to use my duel HMF exhausts, how much work will need to be done to be able to use them?
And I am looking for a mild turbo, if I want or need more HP later on I can always upgrade.
so basically what I want is a stage 1 turbo that will be completely hidden from the outside and have a full exhaust, either my current exhaust or an exhaust supplied with the turbo, and be able to keep swing arm stock and all.
So please just let me know which system out there will do what I want.
As far as I can tell ghetto turbo system is what I am looking for...correct me if I am wrong...it’s completely hidden from view and it has the option of having a full exhaust.

Again thanx for any help, and this forum ROCKS!

Sounds like you can go with any of the basic systems...Velocity, Ghetto or Hahn...They will all put you in the same HP range and with minor exhaut modifications you would be able to retain your current exhaust...Your still looking at anywhere from $3500 to $4K unless your gonna build yourself then you would cut your cost dramatically...

Well the money isn’t really an issue for me. Will all of the systems you mentioned be hidden from view?? What about the air filter I thought on the velocity you have to cut a hole in the fairing for it, I want my system to be totally hidden inside the bikes fairings.
Also where is the best place to buy the system
Thanx for the help

There are a couple of members here that have their filters hidden you'll have to search the threads to fine the bike and the application...I think the Ghetto comes with the hidden filter...I like the small filter exposed...You can check with Kevin @ TOTALKAOSPERFORMANCE.COM for Velocity, Dennis @ THEMOTORHEAD.COM or @ SUZUKIHAYABUSA.ORG for the Ghetto...I don't know of a supplier for the Hahn...Either of those will work great for what your going to do...

thanx stunnah!
thats all i needed to know apreciate it.
cant wait to turbo my baby!! woohoo. better be worth it.

You will need a X splitter coming of the turbo header to keep your pipes. The pipes will works great just restric your hp a little. You also will need to have a boost gauge and a fuel pressure gauge somewhere. Don't make the mistake and sacrafice your engine for stealth.

I personally like the ghetto over the velocity $4$

HOWEVER, the ghetto has an external wastegate pipe which will not look stock. And it will also be VERY noticable.

I have a stealth Velocity stage 2 Busa but it wasn't easy.....

Hiding a turbo is like hiding N2O. Once either is activated any idiot can tell that something very strange is going on. The thought of naturally aspirated disappears quickly. Hence, all that trouble you went to to hide it is wasted effort.

Have street raced and hung around Saturday nite money street racing for years. If you are packing a power adder and don't declare it before the race, well, I'll leave it to your imagination as to what will happen to you and your car/bike.

Concentrate on durability of your turbo kit and install.

thanx for the advice mad
I don’t plan to race much...I guess the real issue for me is the I just like the look of duel exhaust and I really don’t want to cut the fairings, have boost gauge and fuel pressure gauge I would have, I don’t need it to be that stealthy, I’ve been near turboed busa, and just by the sound you know its turboed, so basically just want the look toned down a bit from how it looks with no exhaust and dump pipe and all.
thanx
