Greets folks, been lurking here for a few months and as I am a rather old timer (I was riding when the original Honda 750 changed the world of sport bikes, my 305 dream went away)
I have owned a couple dozen scooters from dirt to Harley... The busa is probably the second biggest thrill bike I have had the privilege to ride (Turbo Kaw 1100 with 30Lbs of boost certainly the most powerful but impossible to ride)
I have 25 years of drag racing, 3 years on bikes, 5 years in a baby curtis drag hydro *IHBA* and the balance match racing a AA Fuel Altered and a Nitro Funnycar. I was crew/crew chief on the nitro burner.
My busa is a bone stock, unmodified Maroon/black 06. I just do not have the energy to modify the thing after all the years racing, besides, the thing is what I call silly-ass fast anyway. So rather than make work of it, I just have some fun (read reliable)...
