Hello everyone , proud new owner of a 2009 hayabusa here. I've been reading the forums for a while finally decided to make my first post. I know you all love pics so here we go.
Changed stock exhaust to dual r-77 slip ons - prefer symmetric look
Also power commander 5 with auto tune - still need /want a dyno custom map
Bike already has Vance and Hines headers , k&n air filter, and just changed the tires pilot road 4 gt.
Thanks for the Wealth of information on this forum I'm sure it will makes things a lot easier for me.appreciate you all.

Welcome to the oRg!! Nice Busa!! Congrats

I rotated the pics; it was easier than turning my monitor 180 degrees ;)

Naw the woman doesn't ride, Still trying to convince her for some 2 up ridin but yeah.. She is still reluctant.. She did however ask about girly type gear and helmets when I was getting the tires mounted ,so a trip to try some on may just coax her into it.

Tell her we need more women riding :please:

I'll let you know how it goes. lol first mod i did to my busa was take the "shovel off" .. thanks to a post from the busa mods section of this forum. using the reflector brackets under the tail. can't beat a free fender eliminator mod..lol, i then ventured into pashnits mods and damn... looks like lots of money will be going into this bike, good thing i got it at a great price..5300 miles and only $6,000.

:welcome: aboard. Looks like you have been reading up on your new bike. Bought the fastest color and started mods as soon as you got it. You will fit in nicely around here.

Next upgrade will be a new windscreen , leaning toward the puig racing dark smoke, or black, think I like the dark smoke more though. And of course new gear , I have a local guy here that makes full leathers, or 2 peice, and gauntlets.. So may need to get measured and have some made. Already upgraded to a new lighter helmet, shoei rf 1200. Some boots are in order as well. Anyone have the Clearwater lights,?? Worth the money? Light output really that great? Let me know. I do love night ridin, and if this is better than my high beam , I'm all for it.
